This website provides general information about Your Nearby Travel Agent Inc. and a way to submit travel inquiries. Using this website or sending a quote request does not create a reservation or guarantee that a service is available.

2. Quotes & booking confirmation

Any proposed itinerary, price, schedule, or availability must be independently confirmed by our team and/or the relevant supplier. Reservations are not confirmed until the applicable provider has accepted the booking and issued appropriate confirmation. Do not make nonrefundable commitments based solely on an inquiry.

3. Prices, fees & payments

Prices may change without notice until booked. Taxes, baggage charges, resort fees, supplier fees, service fees, and other charges may apply and should be disclosed in the specific quote or booking documentation. This website does not accept or process payments. Do not submit card details in the inquiry form.

4. Cancellations, changes & refunds

Changes, cancellations, credits, and refunds depend on the terms of the airline, hotel, tour operator, cruise line, or other supplier and any separately disclosed agency service fees. Some purchases may be restrictive or nonrefundable. Review the conditions for your specific reservation before authorizing payment.

5. Traveler responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for reviewing names and itinerary details, meeting passport and visa requirements, satisfying health and entry rules, obtaining adequate travel insurance where appropriate, and arriving on time. Rules may change; verify current requirements with official authorities and suppliers.

6. Third-party travel suppliers

Transportation, lodging, tours, and other travel services are typically provided by independent third parties under their own terms. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, we do not control suppliers' operations, disruptions, or schedule changes.

We strive to keep information accurate, but descriptions, images, destinations, and examples are illustrative and may not represent a currently bookable package. We may update website content without notice.
